**Fantastic opportunity to develop your career as**Trainee Lettings Negotiator, OTE £30,000 pa, Surbiton**
**- Our client manages many properties in the Surbiton area and are looking for a new member of their team
- You will be involved in all aspects of letting a high quality portfolio of properties in the local area
- Secure on target earnings of £30,000 pa in the first year, consists of a basic salary of £18,000 pa plus commission based on the properties let by the company
- Full training from this professional property team, established for many years in the Surbiton property market, known for their exceptional service complying to all the latest property regulations
- Great long term career progression
- You must have a UK driving licence and will need your own car for property visits - free parking at the office with car/parking expenses provided for
- Please note you will need to work alternate Saturdays with a day off for each Saturday worked - hence only a five day working week

As Trainee Lettings Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full processes of letting properties

This will involve:

- Marketing potential properties to let
- Registering client details and requirements
- Learning the legal processes to let properties in a manner fully compliant with the latest property regulations
- Getting out of the office conducting property viewings on properties in the Surbiton area

After full training you will also:

- Negotiate offers liaising between prospective tenants and the landlords
- Follow the whole lettings processes, right through from initial enquiry through to moving in, ensuring all tenancy agreements and documentation are in place
- Enjoy the satisfaction of happy clients, successful rentals and the commensurate financial rewards of this role
- Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
- Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
- Hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
- Live within easy driving distance of Surbiton
- Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
- Ideally have good local knowledge of Surbiton or the surrounding areas but this is not essential
