We are looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic and fast moving design team. You will work with our team of talented UI/ UX professionals to develop effective user interfaces for our web and mobile solutions for our expanding client list. The team also works closely with our development teams to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

What we are looking for
- Understand the difference and have started to design systems or flows, not just screens
- Have started on the path to mastery of either visual design or experience design as a specialty, but understand a good Product Designer has a grasp of both
- Be confident presenting your work and walking through your design choices with the Design team and other internal stakeholders
- Be comfortable presenting work to clients, able to organise ideas and thinking to convey our ideas effectively
- No longer start with a blank piece of paper. Your experience allows you to form ideas early and use research to validate thinking
- Understand the balance of done and perfect, but always strive to deliver polished designs wherever possible
- Have confidence in your intuition and understand when we should test with prototypes or iterate based on real user feedback and data
- Find that you don’t really think about the core principles of good visual or interaction design too much anymore, they just come to you as you’re working
- Quickly execute polished UI concepts or user flows, journeys and more complex prototypes demonstrating strong UX
- Understand what success looks like and how we should be measuring and tracking the outcomes of what we design
- Have mastered several design tools and understand which one is best for the job at any given time.
- Have started to explore an additional focus in your work, maybe it’s motion, illustration or iconography.
