We’re looking for a heavyweight creative to join a top integrated agency in Bristol. For over a decade, this team has helped B2B and B2C brands thrive be progressive and be brave. This is the opportunity to join as their CD.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a heavyweight creative, you’ll be working closely with an Executive CD and experienced creative studio including writers designers motion experts and conceptual. The agency’s work is multi-channel but includes branding and campaign for B2B and B2C brands all backed with excellent strategy.

As part of the management team you’ll play a vital role in creating and enabling great conceptual ideas developing the creative talent in the studio and supporting pitch and new business wins (they have a great win rate already).

Ultimately the agency are looking for a creative that can create ideas backed by real commercial understanding that help to solve real problems for clients. You’ll be a senior creative voice on projects with clients and inspiring the wider team to deliver great ideas with real strategy behind them working alongside the commercial team to great effect. As part of a small(ish) agency you’ll be comfortable directing a team but have some craft skills to get hands-on when needed.

This is a great opportunity for a local Southwest creative or relocator looking for a regional SME agency where they can have a big impact. **What experience you’ll need**
- Previous experience in a Creative Leadership role including managing a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Great conceptual experience able to craft ideas backed by solid strategy and commercial understanding.
- Broad integrated design experience such as digital social content motion brand.
- A real leader comfortable critiquing other designers work developing their ability and providing them great progression.
- A great communicator with your team and with clients alike.
