**What you'll be doing**

You'll work as part of a two person team on our rigid & drawbar vehicles throughout the UK. Once at your destination, you'll use the lorry loader crane on your vehicle to install and recover our unique range of temporary roadway products. You'll work on sites ranging from power transmission projects and major civil engineering works, to sporting events, music festivals and solar farms.

This unique role will require spending time away from home, sometimes for several nights per week, where sharing a sleeper cab is the norm. Weekend working will be expected if needed, however, the role does offer benefits such as night out allowance, bonus and overtime.

**What we're looking for**

No experience or qualifications are required other than a full UK Driving Licence, as we provide all necessary training - but we hire people who:

are looking for a long-term career option
- have a good level of physical fitness (due to the demanding nature of the work on site)
- have a flexible can-do attitude
- have a keen eye for safe working
- are reliable and enjoy an honest day's work

TPA work on many sensitive sites in the defence, nuclear and civil service sectors and operate a rigorous drugs and alcohol testing policy. Applicants will also be DBS checked.
