We are seeking an experienced care home worker to join our dedicated team to become a senior care assistant/Team Leader at the Hamilton's Care Home in Atherton. We are a small care home who offer the best possible care with a passion for good nutrition and hydration. We take pride in our services and our team. The role will involve administering medicines to our 18 service users, morning, lunch, tea and bed therefore experience is required. You will be responsible for running the shift of care staff and directing staff to ensure our residents receive the best care possible. You will need to be committed, caring and confident. You will need to liase with professionals such as GP's, nurses and emergency services. You will be responsible for ensure residents care plans are updated when their needs change and you will be accountable to the senior team leader, deputy manager and manager. You must be able to adapt to certain situations in a calmly fashion. You must be fully vaccinated against covid 19 and be able to evidence such on the NHS covid pass app. Two work references will be required and also references of your character.
