We are now looking for two Team Leaders to join our contact centre team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a Team Leader, you will manage and motivate your team to ensure the smooth operation of our contact centre.
Vetting client cases with your team to assess the potential for a claim, you will pass the information on to a law firm whilst providing guidance in order to allow them to move forward and manage cases independently.
You will act as the contact point for all members of your team, providing advice, helping them to set goals and assessing overall performance.
**About You**
To be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:

- Experience as a Team Leader
- Call centre experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
