**Job Title**: Customer Support Specialist
**Location**: Leamington Spa
**Hours**: Full-time (4-day week, Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 4pm)
**Holiday**: 22 days per annum (pro-rata)

**About Us**:
We are a vibrant and growing organisation, specialising in providing high-quality music education through our local studio and schools across the country. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist, focusing on responding to customer inquiries and ensuring excellent communication with both customers and our teaching staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear and helpful information regarding our services, bookings, and schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide information efficiently
- Help maintain the smooth day-to-day operations by supporting both customers and teachers

**About You**:

- Strong literacy skills, with excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ideally, some experience in customer service
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
