**Please note: this is a full time role, working Monday - Friday. The working hours are either 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8am - 5.30pm. It is an onsite role, based in Warwick.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Providing customers with accurate information on the company’s product and services.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Collect feedback from customers and share details to the relevant colleagues to help make focused improvements.
- Respond in a timely basis to customer requests, displaying a sense of enthusiasm and urgency appropriate to customer expectations.
- Support the Customer by working with supplier to resolve all delivery issues.
- Be a team player
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to the correct policies and procedures.
- Promptly reply to any quotation requests from customers and/or outside sales representatives.
- Resolve customer issues to maintain the most customer satisfaction possible.
- Make outbound phone calls to customers where needed - for customer support and / or data checking.
- Partner with other teams to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Accurately interpret company policies and procedures to provide innovative solutions to resolve customer enquiries.

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Enthusiasm to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond.
- Excellent attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
