We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team. Someone driven by their passion to create a memorable guest experience, providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere whilst keeping guest experience and satisfaction at the heart of what they do.

**We are looking for**:
Exceptional customer service standards, attention to detail and communication skills
A positive attitude towards working within the wider hotel environment, liaising with management and reception team to maximise spa exposure and sales
Someone who can help build a secure regular client base
A good knowledge of spa health and safety and customer wellbeing
Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness
Good telephone manner
At least 1-year in a receptionist position
Experience of achieving targets for spa revenue
