Treatment Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Treatment Team in providing a patient-centered experience. This position is responsible for training new team members and ensuring that all team members are complying with the treatment plan. This position will assist the Treatment Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor with daily administrative tasks.
**Essential Functions**:
**Assisting with scheduling and confirming appointments.**
- Coordinating and communicating with the treatment team on any scheduling changes.
- Ensuring that all registration forms are completed accurately.
- Ensuring that all billing information is entered into the treatment plan.
- Entering and tracking all insurance charges per treatment plan.
- Ensuring that all financial obligations are listed on the treatment plan and addressed to the appropriate parties as needed.
- Maintaining a sanitized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
**Must be able to pass a criminal background check.**
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred (but not required)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
