This expanding and forward‑thinking water treatment company that deals with public and commercial sector contracts is actively seeking a tenacious, smart, and focused Water Treatment Administrator to join the busy office based in the Reading area. The ideal candidate will come from a similar role within the water treatment industry and will possess strong organizational skills and will be well‑versed in carrying out administrative tasks ensuring the smooth running of all office operations. Consideration will be given to applications from Newbury, Slough, Bracknell, and the surrounding areas. Qualification & Experience: The applicant must have excellent communication, client‑facing, people management and organizational skills. Must have good formal education and at the same time have administrative and office experience within the water/hygiene and water treatment parameter. Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. Must be familiar with the water treatment industry. Key Role: Carrying out general administrative duties such like: Liaising and dealing with clients appropriately – coordinating contracts. Allocating working – diarizing and scheduling work to be done. Entering data or information, reports, etc., correctly. Managing or overseeing a small team/staff. Dealing with internal Database. Carrying out any other office duties as and when required. Overall, the successful candidate will be versatile, confident and flexible and have the ability to multi‑task and carry out work effectively and prioritise workload.
