Your Mission
This is a summary of your job with us but as part of our team we expect that you will undertake other reasonable duties to ensure that your nursery is always the best it can be in line with our Core Values.

- Getting to know the Children and support and encourage there development,
- Supporting with the Lunchtime routine
- Covering staff lunchbreaks
- Supporting Children development
- support parents with any SEN/ASL needs their child has or that are identified with respect, care and professionalism
- Be present at parents’ evenings and open days to promote your nursery and showcase your brilliance and excellence
- Take responsibility for your role and aspire to Being your Best at all times

- Take pride and efficiency in your planning observation and assessment procedure, utilising UP so that children are given exciting activities that are developmentally challenging, age and ability appropriate
- Adhere to our childcare policies so all settings are consistent and delivering high quality childcare & best practice always
- Attend training to ensure you are always up to date with curriculums / programme requirements in the nursery
- B e a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted, CI, CIW
- Show true professionalism in your communication style
- Ensure you understand and abide by HR policies and procedures at all times

Your Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working and caring for children under 5 (Desirable)
- A willingness to undertake relevant childcare qualifications in the future (Desirable)
- Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £8,190.00-£8,385.00 per year

- Andover: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
