**Team Leader - **The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a passion for people management looking to develop a diverse workforce. The role involves leading a team of production employees in various departments to ensure production plans are adhered to.

The role involves taking ownership and accountability for ensuring the production plan is followed whilst ensuring all employees are continuously abiding by the Health and Safety rules of the site, whilst leading and motivating the team supporting the productionmanager. The role involves attending and participating in morning / evening shift handover meetings to discuss and raise any output issues.

**Team Leader - **You:

- A demonstrable background of working in a busy manufacturing environment to meet customer deadlines
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably volume manufacturing
- Scheduling and planning
- A demonstrated, structured approach to problem solving
- Performance management
- Fully PC literate. Including standard MS. Office software
- First Aider (desired)
