**Job Description** As a team leader you will undertake one of the most energetic and fun roles in the team, ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience in our venue enjoying all the gaming, entertainment and food and drinks across our varied products. You will leadby example inspiring the team to deliver. Daily responsibilities may include,
- Leading a team to deliver excellent results.
- Selling and demonstrating products and experiences.
- confidently preparing, recommending and promoting our food and drinks offering.
- Giving team feedback on an ongoing basis and helping the team to develop their skills and delivery.
- Key holding and occasional operational responsibility of the venue with the possibility of training to duty manage.
- Supporting the General Manager and Operations Manager in obtaining and exceeding objectives.
- Building strong relationships with customer and colleagues
- Working with support teams to resolve quires and issues.
- Fulfilling all required administrative tasks, which will include cash reconciliation (cashing up) slot machine reconciliation, consumable product stock take, procurement processes, invoice reconciliation processes and daily administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in supervising a team in a leisure, hospitality setting.
- Excellence in customer delivery skills
- Experience in a sales and target driven environment.
- Experience in kitchen management and/or gaming (slots) delivery an advantage but other applicants will be considered.

**Additional Information** Meal and drink provided for those on a full shift. Progression opportunities available for those eager to lean and develop.
