Partington Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, full time (4 or 5 days) Treatment Coordinator.

Partington Dental is part of a group of 7 family owned practices around Greater Manchester. Partington Dental is located with a purpose built Health Centre - situated 10 minutes west of the Trafford Centre.

We use the latest equipment and Dentally Software, Digital practices, OPG, CBCT, Microscope, Itero Scanners, Rotary Endo system, Digital Radiography. Along with the above, we offer smile make overs, Bonding, STO and Implant Dentistry.

Attributes we’re looking for:

- Professional, personable and excellent communication skills
- Skilled at building relationships with patients on the phone and face to face
- Ability to overcome objections and barriers to treatment
- Articulate the benefits of treatment at Partington Dental
- Motivated by achieving goals
- Experience in digital scanning preferred
- Understanding of Social Media Platforms
- Organised, proficient multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
- **GDC** registered

More about the role:
The role will involve being a part of not only the practice team but also receive support and be a part of our Treatment Coordinators team within our group of practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Taking new patient calls in order to begin patient journeys
- Explaining different treatments the practice has to offer to new and existing patients
- iTero scanning/ photography of dental anatomy
- Organising promotional open days
- Social media marketing
- Completing definitive written treatment plans before treatment start date
- Assisting the dentists by gathering consents and cost estimates
- Auditing new patient numbers and how they came to hear about us
- Ensure patients have a positive experience in practice
- Assisting patients with any queries they may have about treatment

**Fast facts**:

- Qualified and GDC registered dental nurse
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-based customer-focused role (preferred)
- A ‘can-do’ attitude to challenges, with the ability to overcome them independently, multi-task and think on your feet
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care
- A calm and professional manner
- Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
