**Are you a Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) who is looking for their next dental adventure? Do you have experience in group dentistry?**

Well, we’re on the lookout for a **Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO)** to work with us at our NHS & Private patient-focused dental practices across the United Kingdom - you will be predominately based in the **Manchester area **with travel across the country as and when required.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing dental group as a treatment coordinator. This opportunity requires you to be professional, confident, engaging and friendly, as you will be discussing treatment plans in-person and remotely.

- Manage all enquiries from new and existing patients
- Effectively manage the business sales objectives for the group
- Proactively play a role in supporting our marketing initiatives across the group
- Help to deliver and improve our patient journey
- Work closely with the wider team and develop good collaborative working relationships with individual practices
- Part-Time or Full-Time hours available (Mon to Fri)
- **Key skills for the successful Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO)**:_
- Be a self-starter with the ability to use social media platforms to support our marketing strategies
- Have strong organisational skills in order to prioritise work in order to maximise sales
- Have the ability to use IT and computer-based systems
- The ability to use SOE is advantageous, however, training can be given
- Have excellent communication skills
- Having sales experience, knowledge of dentistry is not essential but desirable
- Understanding and awareness of the GDPR regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental Treatment Co-Ordination: 1 year (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
