As the Membership Marketing Manager, you will effectively drive Membership take up and engagement in addition to being responsible for marketing, events and campaigns for the member benefit proposition. Ensuring the link with all stakeholders is managed effectivelyproviding the member with the best customer experience.
**What be you’ll doing?**:

- To always champion the opportunity of membership with key stakeholders driving growth of the membership throughout the organisation.
- To ensure the branding for the membership proposition is appropriate to the offer.
- To ensure all collateral and messaging is on brand and appropriate.
- To work with procurement on ensuring the member benefits are appropriate and members benefit from the offers made to them.
- To develop a strategy to deliver an increase in membership and member experience by delivering a series of campaigns through the various channels that achieve agreed KPIS
- To ensure all campaigns demonstrate a ROI
- To ensure that teams are briefed and provided with appropriate collateral and information
- To communicate effectively delivering clear plans and timetables including internal and external parties, printers, support teams etc

**What experience you’ll need to apply?**:

- Experience working with loyalty, membership and partnerships marketing
- Degree / Higher level education in marketing or qualification with a marketing module
- Previous senior experience gained within a dynamic organisation
- Strong experience delivering marketing solutions
- Ability to work on own initiative to prioritise workload, meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
effectively.
- Knowledge ofmembership types and customer types.
- Ability to plan, manage, deliver, assess and report on campaign activity
