Are you looking for a new opportunity with a long-established company based in the South West? We are looking for a Livestock Markets Coordinator & Accounts Assistant in our Agricultural sales department based in South Molton.

**The Job**

We are seeking a Livestock Markets Coordinator & Accounts Assistant to assist in running the three Livestock Markets being South Molton, Tavistock and Honiton; as well as assisting in the accounting process of the three markets. The role will include being in South Molton (every Thursday) and Tavistock markets on sale days, and based in the South Molton office. We are looking for someone with livestock experience and knowledge of Livestock Markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Day to day running of the Livestock Markets (early morning starts are a necessity on market days)
- Overseeing invoicing and payments of Livestock Sales
- Processing of livestock movements from the Livestock Markets
- Production of weekly market reports and sale catalogues
- Production of social media posts and newspaper adverts
- Updating of departments website pages
- Updating customer databases
- Management of customer accounts

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Team player and trustworthy
- Organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of IT
- Able to deal directly and professionally with customers
- Adaptable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Ability to keep an eye on invoices and necessary finance
- Able to work on own their initiative or as a team
- Confidence in your abilities and interested in driving and expanding the business
