**We are looking for support workers to join our Outreach Support Service who have an understanding of the impact that poor mental health, trauma, addiction and isolation and how this can negatively impact on people’s ability to live their lives the way they would like to.**

**We have full and part time permanent positions with flexible shift patterns available, within Glasgow North and South and East Dunbartonshire and East Renfrewshire areas. There is an expectation that you will be able to lone work within the local communities, with on-call support available at all times. Applicants must have a UK manual driving licence with access to their own car.**

**As a worker in this service, you could be supporting people as they participate in social opportunities and community events, or to feel safe and secure and able to manage in their own home or current accommodation. We support people who may have mental health issues, addictions and tenancy sustainment needs, and we offer housing support as well as practical and emotional support. We recognise that everyone is different and so the support we provide to individuals is person-centred and is responsive to their needs. As a service, we work in partnership with the individual to compile outcomes-focused support plans, focusing on individuals’ strengths and goals and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.**

Your skills, values and willingness to help people going through tough times and caring personality shining through is what matters most to the vulnerable individuals we work with.**
