The role of Warehouse Team Leader in Tamworth will involve:

- Managing a team of operatives.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of all customer orders.
- Training and mentoring the team.
- Leading from the front in a busy environment.
- Monitoring sickness and absence.
- Team engagement and taking ownership of their section.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Warehouse Team Leader will have:

- Experience supervising a team in a warehouse environment.
- The ability and resilience to work under pressure.
- A mentoring/people focused approach to managing a team.
- Knowledge of WMS.
- Previous experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.

Preferred:

- FMCG/Multi-temp distribution experience.
- Lean/5S knowledge.
