About The Role
Carlsberg Britvic is seeking an energetic and committed Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverages industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and fostering a collaborative environment. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, motivating your team, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Requirements

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Coordinate and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient solutions
  • Contribute to the development and training of warehouse personnel

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a diverse team
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous
