Credit Controller

We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to join our team on a part time basis.

18- 24 Hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer’s debts are paid as per credit terms
- Raise invoices and post onto accounting software
- Run credit checks of customers for FD to propose payment terms
- Process customer payments onto sales ledger
- Actively liaise with employees to get updates on the progression of customer projects
- Ensure sales ledgers are maintained and are an accurate reflection of the debt outstanding
- Various month end accounting tasks in relation to credit control

Key Competencies
- Previous experience of working within a finance department within an SME
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-24 per week
