We’re working in partnership with an industry leading print business. Established over 60 years ago they are a pioneer within the marketing and communications side of the industry.
Based at their head offices in Stockport, they’re currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to cover a period of maternity leave, however there is a chance based on the performance of the individual, that this role could lead to a permanent opportunity.

**The Role**:

- Working in a fast-paced environment within a large business on various hiring projects
- To assist in the screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires from junior/apprentice to senior level
- Full recruitment control including compiling job descriptions, adverts and associated stakeholder management
- Working closely with the preferred agency partner(s) to ensure the needs and requirements of the business are met
- Occasional involvement in ad-hoc HR related duties, as required

**The Person**:

- Experienced in internal recruitment, ideally covering a variety of different roles/hires of varying levels in a large business environment
- Knowledge and experience of being an integral member of a busy HR department, with working knowledge of HR processes (highly desirable)
- A dynamic, creative approach to recruitment with new ideas which may improve the hiring process
- A natural multi-tasker - can adhere to deadlines, manage your workload effectively and be a team player
- Can communicate at all levels with internal and external stakeholder
- A confident communicator with great spoken and written English skills
- A people’s person - easy going but highly professional

**Salary & Benefits**
A competitive salary is available for this position. In this role you’ll also benefit from hybrid working (2-3 days per week), plus benefits including 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, leisure and well-being incentives, company pension, and more.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 months

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
