As a Clinic Co-Ordinator you will be our first point of contact with Patients and so it’s essential you enjoy meeting and helping people and engaging with their needs.

You will have exceptional people skills, be bubbly, polite, courteous and confident and have a friendly approach and excellent communication skills. You will be looking after Patient enquiries either face-to-face or over the phone.

We will provide you with training on all products and aftercare as well as our clinical services.

This role is heavily IT based. You must be fully conversant with Outlook, Excel and Word. You will be highly organised and able to manage busy practitioners diaries. Your duties will include the following:

- Answering the telephone and handling walk-in enquiries, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Engaging with patients to **identify their hearing needs**:

- Assisting with hearing aid aftercare (training provided).
- Managing the practitioner diaries for appointments, including **ear wax removal, hearing aid consultations, and fittings**.
- Processing hearing aid orders and repairs efficiently.
- Sending out **hearing check annual reminders** and ensuring patients return for regular check-ups.
- Following up on all **patient hearing aid consultations** to maximize conversions.
- Co-ordinating all patient aftercare to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Engaging in **product training** to confidently discuss hearing aid benefits and features with patients.
- Maintaining and updating our **online Patient Management System** with all relevant patient interactions.
- Invoicing and handling payments efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00 per year
