Transport Administrator

A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Upminster.
**Duties will include**:
- Assisting with planning of collections
- Liaising with drivers
- Updating clients
- Using an inhouse CRM system to book in jobs/track progress
- Data entry - general administration duties
- Training will be provided
**You will require**:
- Transport knowledge is essential
- Ideally will have some planning experience
- Due to location your own transport is required
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well within a team
- Good organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Personable and confident approach
**Hours**:
Monday to Friday
8 hour shift, flexibility to choose hours between operation opening times 6am - 6pm
