**Midweight-Senior Motion Designer**

Spitfire are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Motion Designer to join its expanding team. You have an interest in music and have an exceptional knowledge of designing for all social channels and have an in-depth knowledge of After Effects.

Working alongside our Creative Director and design team you will support from the initial brief through to delivering a wide range of assets which bring our creative ideas to life. The scope will vary day-to-day from quick social assets, reels to full scale video campaign teasers and cut downs.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and be comfortable working with vector illustrations, typography and varying lengths of footage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep up to date with latest social trends
- Ensure delivery of all creative work is on time and to a high standard
- Understand and inform adhere to brand guidelines
- Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for various media, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Develop assets and animations based on brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual style across all projects.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to execute concepts, from initial ideas to final renders.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficient in After effects, Premier Pro and knowledge Illustrator.
- Kinetic typography
