**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
Following another strong year of growth, #TeamCisilion are expanding across many departments. We are looking for a People Operations Assistant to join the People & Talent Team. The main functions of the role will be to support the team with administration around recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, manage employee engagement initiatives and support the team with employee relations.
The Cisilion Leadership team have aggressive growth targets which involve expanding the size of Team Cisilion. You will be provided with coaching and mentoring that, coupled with ambition, enthusiasm and drive will open the door to exciting career opportunities with Cisilion.

You will succeed in this role if you look to go above and beyond, are enthusiastic and self-motivated. This is the perfect role for an individual who has 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, and who is looking for the opportunity to fast track their HR career. We are looking for someone who strives taking on challenges and working in environments outside of their comfort zone.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Own the onboarding and offboarding checklists, ensuring all are completed efficiently for each new joiner and leaver.
- Support the Talent team with all recruitment admin, ensuring all tasks are completed in time for weekly recruitment meetings.
- Assist recruitment team in keeping job boards and Company website up to date with all current and relevant positions.
- Send daily attendance reports to the Management team.
- Act as administrator on the internal HR system, working directly with People HR on any access issues and tickets.
- Support People & Talent, Leadership and Cisilion Management teams with letter writing, sending, tracking and receipt via DocuSign.
- Build the Employer Brand, creating and publishing regular posts on Cisilion social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram, working with the Marketing department as necessary.
- Monitor Glassdoor platform, responding to any reviews as appropriate.
- Promote and increase engagement on the Vitality and Medicash healthcare plans, working with our partner Account Managers to obtain relevant information and new monthly promotions.
- Develop strong working relationships with Cisilion management and other key stakeholders.
- Raise and create PO forms for all People & Talent related purchases.
- Point of contact for cleaning contracts - ensuring acceptable levels of service are maintained
- Order stationery when necessary for all Cisilion offices.
- Regular office checks to ensure offices are presentable.
- Support People & Talent Director with employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes.
- Assist the team in building out Cisilion’s Employee Value Proposition, focussing on employee engagement events and ideas, improving our benefits package and utilising our current benefits schemes.
- Assist the team with internal #TeamCisilion events including the annual Summer event, Christmas parties and any other ad-hoc social events.
- Consistent endeavours to improve upon HR policies, practices and initiatives.
- Ensure you understand your role and responsibility in ensuring all personally identifiable information relating to Cisilion personnel and job applicants are dealt with in accordance with GDPR.
**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
**Technical Skills & Previous Experience**:
- 1- 2 years work experience in an HR environment.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
- Confident using other Microsoft office products - Word and Excel are mandatory, use of Microsoft Teams is beneficial.
