**Year 1 SEN Teaching Assistant**

I am working with a **delightful primary school **in the area of **BS11** who are seeking to employ an experienced TA, who is equipped to deal with **Autism** and **ADHD**. This is an **extremely rewarding** and exciting role as it is full time and **1:1**. This is a great opportunity for **anyone who is eager to expand their skill set** and go above and beyond to form great relationships and have a **worthwhile experience helping children develop** to the best of their abilities.

Because of the nature of the role, **experience with SEN is desirable**, however this is a great step up for anyone wanting to work with more complex needs. **Resilience, patience, kindness and an understanding nature** are all essential traits to form such important bonds that can really impact a child's life for the better.
