Due to an even greater demand on our already busy service, we are looking for a third Care Co-ordinator to join our team. They will be expected to perform a variety of duties to ensure that our Clients are receiving continuity of care and our Caregivers have schedules compatible with their availability as well as the needs of the business, matching our Caregivers carefully with our clients.

Your manner is warm and approachable and you are keen to be a part of a care business that is working hard to change the face of ageing and eager to take on the responsibility that comes with it to drive us on to greater success.

You will be working as part of a professional and compassionate team and so your professionalism as well as your compassion are critical attributes we will be looking for.

**The Role**
- Managing schedules for a portfolio of Clients and Caregivers
- Responsible for holidays and sickness cover.
- Ensure good communication between Clients and Caregivers

**Person Spec**
- **Must have at least 1 year’s Care Co-ordination experience**
- Must have experience with People management systems
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English
- Must live locally to New Malden
- Good communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Organised
- Caring
- Positive attitude

**Remuneration**

Hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday / Full Time - 40 hours per week.

Flexibility required to meet the business needs and the general requirements of a 24/7 care service.

Contract Permanent

Probation 3 month probation period

Pension Auto Enrolment

Expenses All reasonable out of pocket expenses and mileage at 45p per mile

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
