**Job Description** Rank are looking for a Safer Gambling Insight Analyst to join our Analytics and insights team, and focus on Safer Gambling and Player protection.

As a Safer Gamling Insight Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing insightful, actionable analyses and innovative solutions to impact our digital revenue, productivity, operational efficiencies, customer experience and protection.

Data Analytics is a growing and exciting part of our business, where you’ll be part of a bigger team of Data Scientists and Analysts that are working with leading-edge and innovative data modelling techniques to drive business improvement and understanding.

Delivering strategic insight and providing data-driven answers to business questions about our safer gambling interactions to improve customer experience and player protection.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with existing and new technologies to shape the development of analytical insight delivery
- Use statistical data approaches to uncover patterns in data from which predictive models can be developed to better understand
- Measure results and show key trends
- Identify causal impact and attribution
- Analyse experiments
- Develop and maintain reporting to monitor and evaluate SG interactions
- Translate customer, transactional and behavioural data into key insights and business deliverables
- Create presentations with analytical findings which compel stakeholders to understand customer behaviour and identify further opportunities to improve
- Present findings to key stakeholders, and inputs to negotiations on strategies to drive performance across the business
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to build data products that enable others to work with reporting effectively and inform decision-making that solves business problems with data
- Work with key stakeholders to develop key metrics to measure business performance
- Maintain best-practice standards within the team regarding coding and analytics

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in working on big data problems, whether in industry or academia
- Experience working with multiple solutions, suppliers and data science disciplines
- Experienced with the creation of analytical models and comfortable working with imperfect data
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills are essential
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools
- Qualifications in mathematics, statistics, data science modelling (or similar)
