**£11.00ph - FULL TIME (12 hour shifts over 3 days per week)**

CJP Outreach Services provide social care and support to people with complex needs. we are looking for staff to support people who have complex health requirements, working in the individual’s home and supporting them in the community. Full training and support will be provided so, if you have the right values we would love to explore this opportunity with you We need staff who are committed, reliable, conscientious and good communicators as these are important traits in the people we are looking for.

**Support workers** are a valuable part of our team, providing care and support to the fantastic people that we care for.

As a **Support worker** you will be part of a special team caring for people and helping them to live the best life possible in the community and their own homes.

When you join us as a **Support Worker** you are making a difference every day by supporting the people we care for.

You may not have all of the experience we are looking for and that is okay as we will give you the best training you can receive to become a professional **Support Worker**.
