**Mental Health Support Worker**:
We are looking for Support Workers to provide care for an 18-year-old female in the upcoming weeks. This role will be based in Shipley and involves shifts during waking nights and full day periods. **Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar care or support role is preferred.

Strong ability to manage challenging behaviours' and remain composed in high-stress situations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Compassionate and patient demeanour with a commitment to maintaining the individual's dignity and autonomy.

Flexibility to work in a 24-hour rotational shift pattern, including full days and waking nights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
