**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organise and maintain spare parts stock, ensuring that all materials are readily available.
- Support the service team with various tasks as required, contributing to overall office efficiency.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
