Business Administrator

Crown care are looking for a Business Administrator to work in our welcoming care home in Selby. Situated in the heart of the town our facilities boast beautiful gardens and a friendly working environment.
This will involve all aspects of administration, assisting the business manager with daily tasks which may include but are not limited to:
- Filing records and archiving
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner
- Booking appointments and liaising with staff on each floor
- Minute taking for meetings
- Processing admissions and completing admission enquiries
- Completing reports on spreadsheets
- Compliance of GDPR
- Recruitment including employment checks
Demonstrate that they are caring and compassionate in nature.
Ideally to have had experience within the care industry.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
To have the ability to work as part of a team.
To be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service. To have knowledge of payroll systems, Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft word: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
