We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Recruitment coordinator.

**Job Title**: Recruitment Co-ordinator/Admin Support

**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday

**Working Hours**: 8.30 - 17.00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8.30 - 16.00 (Friday)

**Salary**: 20,641.60 per year

About the Role

**As a Recruitment Coordinator/Admin Support you will**:
**Recruitment**:
Ensure that all Factory Operations vacancies are proactively managed (approvals, selection and offer) to ensure no disruption to manufacturing

Work with supervisors to understand key role requirements

Write and update recruitment adverts

Complete daily recruitment tracking data & KPI’s

Arrange and manage recruitment open days

Identify and report on issues and trends in the local labour market

**Onboarding**:
Support effective on-boarding of new employees by scheduling attendance at the company induction, assigning new starters with uniforms, lockers and communicating with PPE provider on new starters uniform requirements.

**Admin Support**:
Administer staff absences and holidays on the Time and Attendance and Holiday Tracker systems.

About You

Recruitment experience in a high volume/quick fill environment in production and/or warehouse.

Knowledge of local labour market and UK employment law relating to recruitment practices

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels

Take a proactive practical approach to problem solving

Possess strong communication and literacy skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure, be resilient, tenacious, and flexible.

CIPD Level 3 desirable
