**Role**:Compliance Auditor
**Salary**:Up to £25,000 per annum
**Location**:Blackburn
**Hours**:Set Monday to Friday general office hours & 12:30pm Friday finish

Tailor Made are excited to be working with a well-established, growing Training provider in Blackburn. They are seeking a Compliance Auditor to join they busy team.

**The Role**:
¨ Plan, prepare and implement a rolling Company audit programme through active engagement with Business Managers and staff

¨ Analyse data quality reports to identify and prioritise the auditing of high risk areas to prevent the escalation of errors and prevent funding claw back from Funding Agencies

¨ Develop and agree corrective action plans with Delivery Managers and staff on the funding body requirements, including communications, dissemination and training

¨ Challenge and guide all Delivery Managers and staff on non-compliance issues whilst providing support on corrective action

¨ Provide regular compliance reports to Delivery Managers and the SMT, which identify the current position and action taken on compliance in relation to the Education and Skills Funding Agency Contracts, as part of the risk management process

¨ Ensure that documentation, which supports the contractual evidence base is compliant and current, in order that the Company meets its contractual obligations

¨ Support external funding body audits, ensuring proactive preparation and the gathering of all required and relevant evidence

**About You**:
¨ Good knowledge and understanding of Education and Skills Funding Agency requirements

¨ Possession of professional qualification in accordance with occupational position held, e.g. ISO9001 Auditor (desirable).

¨ Demonstrates highly effective and consistent communication and active listening skills across all levels

¨ Excellent organisational and planning skills in the creation and implementation of audit and action plans

¨ Strong capabilities in the positive engagement of internal stakeholders.

¨ Have financial awareness in understanding the link and impact with compliance activities

¨ Strong auditing, assessment and interpretation skills in areas of contractual compliance

¨ Strong ICT skills in the preparation and analysis of complex data and reports. (i.e. fully conversant with all Microsoft packages)
