Varied and busy role and new to our clients team. Supporting the Office Manager you will assist in the day to day duties of this busy operation and ensure new projects are booked in and logged. On the job training and stability with a long standing successful company.

**The Role**

Office experience and ideally be able to use Xero (although not essential as training will be provided)

Assist with weekly invoices so attention to detail is essential

Uploading invoices onto customer portals.

Raising orders and updating project files

Provide full admin support to the Office Manager and on site teams

Answer the phones, be first point of contact for visitors

Screen office phone calls and oversee stationery and sundries supplies

Update social media FB, Inst and company website

Looking for someone who enjoys busy and are able to withstand being in banter drive environment

Able to manage their time effectively and be proactive when a task is finished

**Skills and Experience**

Essential skills is the ability to provide an excellent level of Administrative support

Be adept with MS Word and Xero or similar systems

Must be an organised individual and team player

Able to multi task and work to deadlines

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
