**£70,000 + 20% Bonus + 300 Share Options**
**London Based (Victoria Station) with Remote working available 2 days per week.**

Sessions is a market leader with our licensing model, the company now works with over 250 ‘host partners’ - these are F&B businesses who are using Sessions brands - a large number of the most exciting food brands on the market.

Sessions will grow to 1,000 host partners across franchising and licencing.

Sessions will also continue to significantly grow the Tech side of the business with both hardware and software to optimise the whole estate.

Finally, Sessions owns and operates the iconic Shelter Hall Food Hall on Brighton's Sea Front.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a food business, our ability to make our ingredients available nationwide at the best terms for our partners and for Sessions is critical to our model. We must enable a multi-faceted supply chain which supplies both input ingredients as well as fully finished products (via central production) which allows our partner kitchens to produce a diverse range of brands, at scale, whilst maintaining consistent quality.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- **Buying**
- Deliver best in market pricing for Sessions by leveraging our scale and position
- Responsibility across a range of channels including food, logistics, technology hardware, equipment, small wares etc.
- **Supply Chain Management**
- Design a fit for purpose end to end supply chain which enables Sessions to meet its immediate requirements but also to scale across a range of cuisines and geographies
- Establish a Central Production strategy to ensure a range of brands can be delivered as finished products and execute said strategy
- Establish a logistics solution which allows us to manage over 100 of our own SKUs - whether through a defined wholesaler (currently Bidfood) or otherwise.
- Set Sessions up to be ready for international expansion
- **Relationship and Performance Management**
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers
- Ensure full and accurate reporting on purchasing and supply chain spend and supplier performance
- **Risk Management**
- Ensure supply chain risks are mitigated appropriately to avoid any major outages or quality issues and rapidly remedy issues as they occur
- Ensure all suppliers are signed on appropriate Sessions contracts, giving us appropriate legal protection
- **Cross team collaboration**
- Work across the business to understand the business and functional requirements and deliver against them
- Work with the Performance team to ensure partner compliance with Sessions buying requirements
- Work closely with our data team to derive insight from our supply chain data and ensure continuous improvement.

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university
- Proven experience in a buying or purchasing role
- Preference for experience in a consulting or strategic role who bring an ability to think and act at pace
- Highly data-literate, with experience managing suppliers and their performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
- Expert level of English language
- Right to work in the UK
