**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Bilingual skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy store layout
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide assistance
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products
- Proficient phone etiquette for answering customer calls
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 28 per week

- Driving Licence (preferred)
