**Sales and Customer Care Co-ordinator**
Reporting to: Directors
Salary Range: 28k per annum + bonus, plus 23 days holiday + bank holidays; pension
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator to provide support to a busy sales team, capable of operating efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic working environment.
**Job description**
To provide administrative support to a busy sales team from pre-sale to customer onboarding.
- Pre-Sales analysis support;
- Sales order processing;
- Compile tender/proposals;
- Customer onboarding and after sale support
- Liaise with customers and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Work with marketing to maintain comms
- Taking inbound sales calls when required and taking messages
- Sales reporting
- Liaise with the Directors and Sales Team in areas of interest or concern;
- Support with sales plans, activities, and promotions
- General Customer service and support
**Person specification**:
- Confident, Tenacious and innovative (“Can Do attitude”);
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good analytical and computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good communicator and team worker.
