The HR Administrator assists with day to day operations of the HR and payroll functions and duties, in the Leatherhead office.

An international accountancy firm.
**Description**
- Dealing with all administration of new joiners, from preparation of offer documentation to first day meet and greet and inductions
- Support with the monthly payroll running and providing cover for absence
- Dealing with all administration in respect of employees of the Firm
- Updating data
- Dealing with queries which come into the HR Inbox and providing a good customer service
- Creating and updating workflows on Cascade
- Running reports and queries and providing statistical information
- Reconciling holiday, sickness and ad hoc leave records
- Administration of some of the benefit schemes
- Assisting with recruitment
- Booking training sessions
- Supporting the HR Team with ad hoc tasks

- Able to work on own initiative and manage a busy and often conflicting workload
- Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline environment
- A fine eye for detail
- High level of computer literacy, including a knowledge of building and using formulas in Excel
- Discretion and the ability to manage sensitive information

- Salary up to £25,000
- Flexible working hours *Core hours 10am - 4pm
