Sales Support Administrator

Monday to Friday DAYS (13:00pm finish on Fridays)

Sales and Client Support Administrator required for a manufacturing company who operate on a global scale who have considerable investment and plans for significant growth. They are market leaders for innovation and are well renowned within their niche industry.

This role will suit an experienced customer service and sales support administrator. You must have experience within a manufacturing environment, have an excellent understanding of customer service and sales processes. Applicants with a mechanical or technicalaptitude will have a considerable advantage.

Your responsibilities will include, managing initial project enquiry information, coordinating with other departments to produce quote packages for clients, creating CRM profiles, managing inbound calls, and forwarding messages to correct departments. Youwill be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and be responsible for liaising with sales managers to ensure that all relevant information is collated before forwarding to other departments within the agreed time scale. You will be responsiblefor managing all hard copies and electronic project folders within outlook and creating and managing CRM profiles, updating them with quote values before sending them to the sales managers.

The role:

- Liaise with Sales Managers to ensure all information is collated correctly prior to passing through to other departments within agreed timescales
- Coordinate responses from other departments, creating CRM profiles &/or updating with quote values prior to sending to the Sales Managers, Managing both hard copy & electronic project folders within Outlook
- Manage our web enquires mailbox and inbound calls responding appropriately, transferring when necessary & forwarding any messages in a timely manner
- Contact warm leads generating further interest and gathering information prior to passing through to the Sales Manager, send brochures and samples as requested by Sales Managers to our clients
- Assist with internal hospitality requests which includes being asked to serve tea & coffee to our visiting clients

The person:

- Previous relevant sales support/ customer service experience ideally with technical or mechanical products.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines
- ''Can do'' approach, initiative, and excellent organisational skills
- Confident (face to face and via telephone), flexible, responsible, and professional attitude
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, good general IT skills
