The role will involve providing day to day Customer service and administration support to our customers and colleagues to ensure correct products are distributed in accordance with the customer requirements in timely and accurate manner. The role will requireworking in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines.
**The role will report to Key Account Lead. **
**Hours of work**:Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (1 hour unpaid break). This totals to 37.5 hours per week**.
Flexibility will be required to coverthe shift pattern of 14:00-22:00 when required by the business.**
**Main Responsibilities (not exhaustive)**:

- Liaising with customers on a day to day basis to provide support and advice on any queries;
- Producing daily reports both internally and externally as required such as: KPIs; WIPs; Activity Logs; Shortages; Failed deliveries; incorrect quantities;
- Arranging shipping of products, including booking slots, establishing courier, providing driver details and tracking parcels, in accordance with customer specifications;
- Liaising with re-works to plan and cost any pre-retail requirements;
- Gathering data to produce invoices and deal with PO issues when required;
- Carrying out work according to customer requirements or following a plan set by others, working within agreed timescales;
- Providing guidance, support and informal coaching to administrators and new colleagues;
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, eliminating need for rework and/or changes;
- Undertaking other responsible tasks that may be required from time to time as directed by the needs of the business and/or your Line Manager.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Literacy and numerical skills are an essential requirement for this role, together with the importance of accuracy and attention to detail;
- A high-level of self-confidence and motivation and the ability to work on their own initiative and self-manage their workload;
- Excellent PC skills being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
- Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own;
- Previous administrative experience working in either warehouse administration or customer services environment is preferable;
- Able to prioritise workload with little direction from supervisor.**
**Desirable Skills:
** -At least one year experience in a similar role or environment
