**Salary**: 18,000- 20,000 (depending on experience)

**Location**: Newport, South Wales - please make sure this is an easy place to get to/work from

**Duration**: Permanent

**Hours**: 9am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (Flexible working time available)

**Experience**:This is an entry level role so mínimal experience needed as training will be provided. However it would suit somebody with a genuine passion and interest in social media and understands the fundamentals of social media marketing.

Help us grow by creating content that captures who we are - from working with brand ambassadors/influencers on featured posts to understanding individual platform styles when it comes to posting. Come be apart of something big

**Duties, responsibilities and required skills**:

- Planning, scheduling, posting and responsibility for social media channels
- Community management for all social media accounts taking on our brand tone of voice and making sure all our followers have a positive engaging experience
- Support for our Head of Communications in creating content specifically in video format
- Growing engagement and following across all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and especially TikTok,
- Supporting the wider Marketing team on copy writing and tone of voice work, from campaign messaging to article creation
- Working closely with the wider business including the Customer Services team with any feedback from our followers
- Managing special projects as required, reporting flexibly to senior staff

**Experience and knowledge required**:

- This is an entry level role with some experience in social media needed plus a personal passion for the social media landscape and its importance for a brand in cosmetics
- Knowledge of or serious interest in, the beauty industry especially manicures
- Great understanding of and enthusiasm for the latest trends in social content & developments on social platforms
- A strong creative streak and a keen eye for digital design
- A skilled communicator and copy writer in person, for social and other channels
- Positive, confident and passionate individual who is able to adapt easily when facing obstacles and challenges such as new product launches on short timescales
- Super organised and can manage their own time efficiently
- Confident on video and being filmed
