**A Career as Unique as You Are**

Reporting to the Service Manager Intern, the Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the service business. The Service Coordinator will constantly be looking for opportunities to promote Laings services. Working as one team with both workshops and services to support smooth running of the service department.
- **Here is How We See Your Role**:_
- Stringent quality control upholding all Laings brand standards
- Prepare estimates from the workshops ready to go out to service team for client delivery
- Schedule all work for goldsmiths and watchmakers
- Responsible for logistics of work between service team and workshop to track all incoming and outgoing work
- Manage incoming and outgoing repairs updating the system with relevant invoices and tracking details
- Monitor and update repairs ledger with all necessary updates, managing lead times and any incoming communication
- Manage lead times and ensure timely delivery on each aspect of the service journey
- Process Repairs on the Encore system
- Keep service teams and showrooms up to date on current lead times of workshops
