**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming and assisting patrons with their needs.
- Support restaurant operations through food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Engage in catering activities, helping to set up and serve at events as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of hospitality practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation and catering services.
- Basic bartending skills are advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
