_Barista/All Rounder _
We are Munchies’ Craft, a new cafe/bar established only a year ago in Brighton’s south lane.

We operating in two different concept together as serving coffee and breakfast all day and specialise in Turkish tapas and Cocktail in the evening.

You must have experience at working in a high paced cafe, have a good understanding of specialty food, drink and people. We are looking for someone responsible, who can maintain high standards of operation, enhance the customer environment and maximise sales. You will have great communication skills and the ability to make our regulars and new guests feel welcome and special.

Coffee experience is essential. For cocktail making we are not looking for an experience. Full training will be provided for cocktails and al other cold drinks.

This can be both full or part time position.
