**Job Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Barista/All-Rounder to join our team. You will be the face of our cafe, responsible for crafting delicious beverages, preparing food items, and ensuring top-notch service to all customers. If you are passionate about health, wellness, and delivering outstanding service, we would love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, chai beverages, juices, and smoothies.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service and preparation areas
- Greet and interact with customers, addressing inquiries and providing menu recommendations
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain inventory, including restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a barista or cafe role, with a passion for Food.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about specialty coffees and health-focused products
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.46-£11.34 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
