**The role**

You will be an Assistant Client Support Advisor within our Client Support team. Your main responsibility will be assisting clients with our cloud-based property management software, SME Professional. In addition to supporting clients, a small element of your role will involve being a key point of contact within the company and assisting with the smooth running of office operations.

**Day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Dealing with customers in a courteous, helpful and professional manner
- Accurately recording incoming enquiries
- Administration support for the team
- Monitoring and ordering stationery, supplies, and equipment
- Maintaining the communal office areas
- Providing general support to visitors
