Housing Support Manager - Edinburgh

**Salary**: £22.00 - £25.00p/h

3 months Contract initially with Permanent Opportunity after

Full Time, 35hrs Hours Per week, Monday - Friday (Flexible)

The Social Care Community Partnership are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Manager for a reputable social care provider that provides a range of general needs housing, supported housing and care services for older people in Edinburgh. The HousingSupport Manager will manage and develop the Housing Support Team in the delivery of effective and efficient customer focused housing support and care services, facilitating and demonstrating a culture where the organisations desired behaviours, attitudes,integrity and it's unique personality are communicated to, and reflected in, the corresponding everyday work, actions and attitudes of the team and the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure that The Care at Home and Housing Support strategy and vision are communicated, shared and understood within your team and are translated into agreed objectives and plans in the area of responsibility
- As Registered Manager, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in all aspects of service delivery and performance to ensure it continues to comply with regulatory obligations, requirements and standards in accordance with the Care Inspectorate, nationalHealth & Social Care Standards, and SSSC.
- Undertake and contribute to project management of key objectives or tasks, working with colleagues across functions to share and transfer relevant knowledge and experience to achieve delivery of the project within budget and timescales.
- Responsible for risk management strategies and reporting in service area.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Continuously monitor your area of responsibility and identify areas for improvement and organisational learning.
